Do Tim & Mabel items come with gift boxes?

Yes. We package all of our jewelry in gift boxes. These boxes are pictured with the item you have purchased. Chains will be sent separately in plain boxes, unless you request that a pendant is to be paired with a specific chain in the gift box. We love our bright blue and black boxes and hope you will, too. If you order a very special piece and you would like a cherry wood box, please contact us or fill out a request at checkout and we will be in touch.

Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer USPS First Class free shipping. Be aware, it could take over a week to ship.

So, what shipping do you recommend?

For the standard order, we recommend the $10 flat rate shipping. Which ever option we select ( UPS Ground or USPS Priority) you will receive a tracking number. This package is insured and usually takes 1-3 business days to ship.

What if I need my package in a hurry?!

We can help! For in stock items, we will expedite our packaging and handling and ship to you the first business day at Two Day shipping. Other options can be arranged if you send us a message.

What kind of packing do you use?

Our boxes are padded in recycled honeycomb cardboard. Sustainable and recyclable.

Do you include anything else in the package?

Yes. We will send a copy of your order, unless you request at checkout that we instead send a gift receipt. We will also include a business card and any other promotional materials or extras we have on hand at the time.

Do you offer Local Pickup?

Absolutely. Please select Local Pickup upon checkout and we can arrange a meetup or a hands-free porch pickup. Drop-offs may be available with in our neighborhood.

Do you ship internationally?

No, not at this time. Please look for your local reshipper for that option and we can ship to them.
