Do you offer returns?

If you return your unworn item within a week of delivery, with a receipt, we can offer an exchange or store credit for your item. Our policy is limited at this time as all items are made for your order. If you require a resizing for a ring, please send us a message and we will let you know if we can resize your piece or replace it with the appropriate size.

All Tim & Mabel items are packaged in our custom packaging . You will receive your item in a gift box. Chains will be delivered in a separate box, unless specified or requested at checkout.
